Horton agrees to help protect the Whos and their home, but this gives him nothing but torment from his neighbors, who refuse to believe that anything could survive on the speck. Rare Winter Eclipse Fills The Night Sky

Amazing News.
Winter Solstice Lunar Eclipse

For a few hours on the night of Dec. 20 to Dec. 21, the attention of tens of millions of people will be drawn skyward, where the mottled, coppery globe of our moon will hang completely immersed in the long, tapering cone of shadow cast out into space by our Earth. If the weather is clear, favorably placed skywatchers will have a view of one of nature's most beautiful spectacles: a total eclipse of the moon.

All people have the right to their own opinions but not the right to force them upon others.

DO YOU AGREE?

An Opinion is a subjective statement or thought about an issue. It’s a personal view, especially when it is solely on personal judgment. An opinion may be supported by an argument. However this does not mean that we should force or fight against each other’s point of view. We all have the right to our own opinions but not the right to force them.

Sharing and listening to each other’s opinions is the key to all solutions whether you’re facing problems or in a difficult circumstances. Always have an opinion on what’s your point of view, estimations and beliefs. Don’t be afraid to fight your beliefs or your consideration against others. An opinion may be the result of a person’s prospective, understanding particular feelings and desires.

Like for example “Fashion against AIDS” that was sponsored by the H&M Company, this controversy statement has been claimed from lack of care citizen, they think that people suffering from AIDS are mortifying!

In my opinion, I think what the H&M Company did was a pretty amazing thing. It’s a fashionable and easy way for young people all over the world to get involved in this worthy cause, because what their aiming to do was to spread the awareness about HIV/AIDS, which affects many young people all over the world. Supporting the Fashion against AIDS campaign was a great way to encourage all the people to join in the fight against HIV/AIDS. But however each year people are concerned and aware about HIV/AIDS, which is a good sign!

Of course, seeing other side of things could be interesting, but nevertheless you should stick to your own opinions or just be objective.  It is not wrong to be subjective and bias but it’s just better to be objective, in that case you’ll understand on what’s people’s judgment.

Generally I consider myself open minded regarding most of the controversial issues, but do keep in mind if that person is trying to cram their personal beliefs down to your throat just riled up and stand up. If I try to see things from another person's point of view, I expect the other person to try to see things from my own perspective. It can be frustrating! If that person still stuck on their own views and that they just don’t try to listen.

It's also good to know both sides of an issue in order to make an educated decision about what side of an issue to take. I find that it is definitely easier to see both sides of an issue than to try to change the mind of someone who already firmly believes in something.

Having an open honest conversation to me is a very educational and interesting thing to share! The key is to accept all people’s right and not to be passionate to our own views. Instead of expressing their opinion and why it is more of “I'm right, you are wrong”. I think in any aspect of life we all have to learn that there is so much to learn from others, when we simply keep an open mind. We don't always have to agree with everyone but we sure can learn a lot from each other if we allow ourselves to.

I believe that we all have different life experiences and there is so much we can learn from each other even when our opinions don't align.

Remember The Red Ribbon? (Discursive Essay)

JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN’T SEE IT DOESN’T MEAN IT’S NOT THERE!
(Don’t Turn Your Back on AIDS)

Over 34 millions of people suffer from HIV/AIDS; it is an issue that has sparked fear in everyone.  AIDS is one of the deadliest and most contagious diseases in the worldwide universe. AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. AIDS is a disease of the human immune system that caused by HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus). We all know that AIDS is deadly dangerous, but not all of us know what AIDS do to our body. As I mentioned earlier that AIDS causes by HIV, so what HIV does to our body is that it gradually weakens the body’s immune system, due to a “lack of white blood cells” which means our body can no longer defend itself from any disease or viruses.

AIDS and HIV is not the same thing although people think they are. HIV attacks your body and destroys your white blood cells (lymphocytes). But AIDS is only when you have a full outbreak of HIV. There are positive and negative HIV’s, the positive HIV means that the presence of the virus has been detected within the body. A person who is HIV positive does not necessarily have AIDS.  AIDS is the result of HIV infection. When HIV enters the blood streams a person may become infected with it.

HIV symptoms are severely prolonged; they include enlarged lymph glands, tiredness, fever, loss of appetite and weight. There are further symptoms such as diarrhea, yeast infections and night sweat.
Having AIDS and or being HIV positive is a frustration and heartrending to all of us, but there are always solutions to avoid that issue!

The Red Ribbon is commonly known for solidarity of people living with HIV/AIDS. This helps and supports the people that are suffering from HIV/AIDS, to just live their life and embrace every second of it. Additionally it is common to hold memorials to honor persons who have died from HIV/AIDS on this day.

Realistically every minute and every year the majority of people die from a severe, fatal AIDS. Today people are much more concerned and aware of HIV/AIDS.  It is absolutely normal to avoid people that are living with HIV/AIDS. But we shouldn’t be disgusted with them, because what if you are facing the same circumstance as they are and you only have 10 weeks to live. We should think humanity and be a leader of that person, make that person’s life enjoyable and meaningful. Along with a joyful heart, so that when he/she passes away, you will be the last person that made his/her life momentous and may peace be upon that person.

In order to prevent having AIDS is that, you need to make sure that your partner is HIV free. Condoms are freely available everywhere. They can prevent the fluids which contain the virus from entering a person’s body through a sexual intercourse. HIV infected mothers should avoid breast feeding their infant and direct-contact with infected blood.

HIV/AIDS medication can be very expensive and difficult to find, especially for people without insurance. There are different side effects of HIV medication, but none of them can cure permanently. So there’s no use of buying them.  There is no real cure for AIDS however there are some cheap treatments to make HIV infected people feel stronger such as Vaccine. HIV and AIDS treatment have not yet been found.
Trust us, it’s there!

The Predator (A frightening experience)

Nine years ago, I was a person too optimistic and naïve to be afraid. But one very early morning on Saturday at 05:00 am a figure stroked terror into my heart, I remembered on November 1999, I went outside to inhale fresh air and jog as I always do every morning. The boulevard seemed to be empty and soundless; the village was still sleeping at that time. As I jogged towards the village park I saw a hideous, dark- colored, odd creature hidden behind an enormous, haunted tree in the center of the park. I wanted to run but I couldn’t because the creature might perceive the sound. So I decided to take a step backwards very gently, unfortunately I accidently stepped on a stick that creeps really soft, however since the situation was silently peaceful the creature heard the creep and turned its back, facing me, I was really terrified I couldn’t even barely breathe or escape from the predator, as if someone captured my leg. The predator stepped forward towards me and stared deeply into my eyes with its big, sharp, hazel eyes.

The predator grinned widely with its sharp teeth. It seems like the predator wanted me to be his next meal. Thus, I immediately ran away from the predator and unconsciously entered the black forest; my heart was pumping unstoppable.

At that moment I got lost in the maze of black forest, there is nothing I could do but hide silently. I tried not to make any sounds or noise, in order to prevent the predator to find my tracks. Until now I couldn’t distinguished what kind of predator or creature is chasing me. My skin was as white pale as a ghost and goose bumps all over my body. I just wished I had never jogged this morning, I really regret it!

I collected myself by praying and thinking optimistically: It was just a little imagination; I could not calm myself anymore when all the pressure inside me is fully tempered. Surprisingly an ugly, enormous creature had found me, staring and sniffing my neck, there was no way out at all. The pupil inside my eye widens and I was standing there like a frozen statue, not knowing what to do, as if part of my soul had already been taken.

Afterwards my visions became blurry and unclear; I couldn’t distinguish properly what the creature look like. However I possibly assumed that it’s a ware wolf. Within seconds I knew I was going to blackout and so I did!
When I woke up, I could think of nothing except the heat of leaking fluid on my neck, flashing lights and rushing people to the hospital. “Am I dying?” I questioned myself and god. Suddenly memories of the past all flushed into my mind like water that spurted out from a pipe. I saw my parents smiling at me; I had never had such a vehement desire to be with my family.

I truly experienced and learned what a fright actually is. A fright is not merely horror towards a short life expectancy but a sudden self realization of the goals and the love ones you don’t want to abandon.

“Fifteen Minutes of Fame”

Intro's...15 minutes of fame, alternatively famous for 15 minutes, is short-lived, often ephemeral, media publicity or celebrity of an individual or phenomenon.

Famous, known, popularity, confident, fearless and being somebody have always been my inspiration. I consider myself as a silent and unsociable person. I never have the confident to speak or hang out with other people in school, except to my best friend Tasha! My best friend and I basically spend our weekend at my house, watching a reality show called “Made”.  Made is my favorite TV Show because it’s all about self-improvement.
The series follows teens that have an inspiration to be known and an expert in their chosen field, who tries to help them attain their goals over the course of several weeks. I actually learned a lot by watching this series; however I am still struggling with my self-confident. I always hope that one day or somehow I’ll be known and be made for a change.

On 31st October 2004 was my 16th birthday. Same old, same old as usual I celebrate my birthday with my family and my best friend Tasha. Since I never communicate with any of my schoolmates, I’ve tried to invite them to my super sweet 16th birthday. But as a result, not one of my schoolmates attended. Of course I was disappointed at myself because it’s obvious, I shouldn’t have invited them!
I was actually mad, but I try not to show it. After that I pretend to be happy in front of my family and my best friend. Next the cakes, foods and drinks are all served and it was my time to blow that candles and make a wish.

At that moment I wished to have fifteen minutes of fame. I actually never believe in wishes, because every wish that I wish never came true, ever!

However this time I was definitely surprised that I had my fifteen minutes of fame, where I became the richest and famous fashion designer in France. My first impression in my fifteen minutes of fame was the Red Carpet, everyone wants my autograph and everyone adores my designer. Most of my fans wore my designer, and I was really proud of myself. My own-self-designer was advertised all over the world through commercials, magazines, posters and etc…

I was really, unbelievably amazed! It was the best moment I have ever experience! I had never thought I would have these fifteen minutes of fame.

As a conclusion, every morning I wake up with a big smile on my face and it never feels out of place. I truly believed that I can change myself to be a better and successful person in life!
Without a doubt!
